These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of The 7 MetaSkills of Highly Effective Humans (the "Book") through 7metaskills.com. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
The Book is sold by Lauren Dare (ABN to be inserted), trading as Lauren Dare, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Contact: lauren@laurendare.com.au
The Book is currently available for pre-order only. The manuscript is complete; editorial and production work is ongoing. By pre-ordering, you are purchasing the right to receive the relevant edition(s) upon release.
Digital files will be delivered to your email address on or shortly after the release date. We will notify you by email when your files are ready to download. You receive a permanent, non-transferable licence for personal use.
The signed hardcover will be posted to your nominated address on or shortly after the release date. Postage costs and estimated delivery times will be confirmed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is dispatched.
The Maker System Blueprint: OpenClaw for Knowledge Workers ($199 value) is included in the Full Bundle. Access instructions will be delivered by email on or shortly after the release date.
We do not currently publish a fixed release date. We will notify all pre-order customers by email of the release date at least 14 days in advance. If the release is delayed by more than 12 months from the date of your pre-order, you may request a full refund.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of pre-order. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not store your card details.
If, after 30 days of genuine engagement with the Book following your access date, you have not identified at least one MetaSkill you can begin building immediately, we will refund you in full. This guarantee applies from the date you receive access to the digital edition (or the date the hardcover is delivered), not from the date of pre-order.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email lauren@laurendare.com.au within 35 days of your access date. The guarantee is conditional on genuine engagement — it is not available if you have not read or engaged with the Book.
You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before the release date by emailing lauren@laurendare.com.au. After digital files are delivered, the 30-day working guarantee applies instead.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with a product or service, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we are entitled to offer a repair or replacement first. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
All content in the Book — text, frameworks, structure, and design — is copyright Lauren Dare. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to read and use the Book for your own purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, republish or create derivative works without written permission.
"All future updates included" means you will receive updated digital editions of this Book (The 7 MetaSkills of Highly Effective Humans) at no additional cost. It does not include access to other products, programmes, courses, or publications, whether produced by Lauren Dare or any other party.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lauren Dare's liability for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Lauren Dare is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
